JOB PURPOSE
Ensure all accounts receivables, account payables, general ledgers and bank reconciliation are updated in a timely manner


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Handle AR & AP related matters
  • Perform bank reconciliation and GL schedules
  • Perform billings and administrative duties
  • Liaising with customers/associates on payment matters

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, committed and selfmotivated
