• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritise features
• Write highquality, maintainable, and scalable code
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices
• Ensure the team follows coding and design standards and best practices
• Debug and troubleshoot issues with existing software
• Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and best practices in software engineering

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least four years of experience in software engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang and Python
• Experience with Redshift, Google Looker, ETL, and AWS DMS is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
