Sales Executive/ Key Account Executive - Yishun, Singapore - B2K Pet Products Pte Ltd
Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales promotion deals with clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Keep uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to management
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor customers' credit facilities to ensure prompt payments.
- Handle customers' complaints and quality issues as well as solving problems that arise from customers' orders.
Qualifications:
- At least a GCE 'O' level certificate
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Key Account Executive or in a similar sales role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin as this position requires to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers
- Strong customer service and relationshipbuilding skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Class 3/3A Driving license
Salary:
$2, $4,500.00 per month
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
