    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head ofVertical Sales to lead our sales efforts within the ASEAN region. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategicsales plans to drive revenue growth within our vertical markets. They will leada team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture andensuring alignment with company objectives.

    What are myresponsibilities?

  • Owns, develops, and implement sales strategies to achieve orders and margins targets within the ASEAN region – leverage digital portfolio and focusing on specific vertical markets, including Commercial, Healthcare, Higher Education, Life Science, Data Centers, amongst others.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions and services to drive customer satisfaction and recuring business.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, and project execution teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives, this would include cross business units, countries, regions, and BU HQ.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate potential threats.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead from the front with Business Ethics and Compliance and ensure strict adherence to business conduct guidelines and other business processes throughout the organization.
  • What do I needto qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Engineering, or a related field– MBA Preferred
  • Overall 10-15 years' experience preferably in the industrial sector, with a focus on selling complex solutions
  • Proven experience in Sales leadership roles within the ASEAN region
  • Deep understanding of vertical markets, including key players, trends, and customer needs.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional customer value.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment, ideally with a large multinational company in a matrix organization.
  • ·Strongcommunication and presentation skills
