    Roles & Responsibilities

    About:

    Okratin is a part of the Deel Solutions offering, specialized in global consulting services. Our experts help our customers execute on global projects and are experienced in various domains, including software development, product management, data science, finance, marketing, business development and more.

    Responsibilities:

    • New business development through leveraging your network and qualifying leads.
    • Secure key reference accounts in relevant verticals
    • Execute land-and-expand campaigns, from POC to large deployments
    • Deliver successfully on enterprise quota targets
    • Channel Partner Management

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • 7 years Direct Sales experience, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and optimizing sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Responsible for monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
    • Good problem finding and solving skills
    • Dedicated to achieving goals
    • Strong work ethic
    • Good written and spoken English proficiency as you will be dealing with regional and international customers
    • Availability and willingness to travel
