Description
**Job Description- Full-Time To construct 3D model and prepare shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software (CAD/Revit)
- Update 3D model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of shop drawings
- Prepare design and construction documentation
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance to internal guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirement
- Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes
- Coordinate with Archi, Structure, Finishing, other M&E services
- Working closely with project management team to initiate, implement and monitor workplans.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering
- Electrical or equivalent.
- Remain constantly updated with the drafting technology to maintain technical competency.
- Plan all drawing request to meet the submission deadline.
