What You'll Do:

• Serve as a global scientific expert, providing thought leadership and shaping medical strategy in dermatology.
• Collaborate across research, clinical development, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and impact.
• Engage with leading dermatology experts worldwide, staying ahead of emerging trends and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Oversee scientific rigor and medical quality across clinical studies, regulatory submissions, and evidence generation initiatives.
• Influence global medical plans and ensure the timely execution of key medical initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Medical Degree (M.D.) or Ph.D. in life sciences – strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in medical affairs at a global level, ideally in dermatology or immunology.
• Skilled at analyzing complex data and turning insights into impactful medical strategy.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills – able to influence without direct authority.
• Comfortable navigating dynamic, fast-paced environments and leading cross-functional initiatives.
