    Description

    Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate billing to internal departments and external guests
  • Prepare daily report on Transportation department's revenue
  • Post daily revenue charges for Transportation
  • Process POS revenue accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Review Cashiers or Limousine Coordinators' shift closing documents and postings
  • Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors
  • Manage, review and maintain financial records for expenditure such as fuel, leased car rentals, outsourced driver activations and grid communications
  • Review statement of accounts and responds to accounting inquiries
  • Prepare and ensure timely and accurate accruals submission to Finance at month end
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports in a timely manner
  • Provide support to Transportation Management team by compiling information and statistics required for analysis
  • Provide basic POS process orientation/training to new Cashiers or Limousine Coordinators
  • Ensure compliance of standard accounting practices adopted by the Finance department
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and user manuals to ensure work is completed in accordance to guidelines/regulations or operational practices
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Account Operations Manager
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Education & Certification

  • Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role in another hotel or equivalent
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Internet Explorer
  • Competencies

  • Ability to work independently within stringent timelines and collaborate across departments to achieve results
  • Team player with high integrity and initiative
  • Possess good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
