Responsibilities:


  • Effectively follow up with new leads from online platform (SGcarmart & ICPO website) for leasing and rental business, meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer experiences that result in longterm loyalty.
  • Execute daily operational tasks associated with the leasing and rental fleet.
  • Provide assistance in the operations of our new mobile appbased car rental system.
  • Participate in company organised roadshows and events, which may occasionally take place on weekends when needed.
  • Efficiently manage incoming customer calls, promptly addressing inquiries and addressing customer needs. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.
  • Undertake adhoc initiatives assigned
  • Translates customer feedback into actionable feedback for departments within the organization

Job Requirements:


  • Hold a diploma in any field.
  • Possess a minimum of one year of relevant work experience in sales or customer relations, with a proven track record.
  • Experience in the automotive sales industry is preferred.
  • Excellent ability to acquire product knowledge quickly and think analytically.
  • Familiarity with customer experience technologies.
  • Strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering highquality service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated selfstarter mentality, resourcefulness, innovation, and a customercentric approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic, and KPIdriven work environment.
  • Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
