- Responsible for product overall performance including yield and quality
- Investigate the process and defects related issues and identifying the opportunities for improvement on the quality of mask blank on the deposition process
- Upkeep the product documentation including technical specification, control plan and defect improvement plan
- Perform process and defect troubleshooting
- Manage the cost and time constraints of projects
- Work closely with QA/QC Engineer to monitor and improve process capability
- Ensure the process work is at the optimal level and quality in order to meet the internal specification
- Review existing data and control in order to ensure it will meet the requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanics/Physics/Materials Science and Engineering
- 3-5 years' experience in thin film deposition/PVD process
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work in cleanroom environment and perform overtime
- Perform leadership responsibilities where required
