- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring their effectiveness and adherence to Agile principles.
- Monitor/manage Scrum KPIs and communication of results to senior management.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, understand their requirements, and manage expectations to ensure project success.
- Coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery while considering the nature of the project and the operational challenges faced.
- Monitor team capacity and project timelines, adjusting priorities and resources to meet sprint objectives and deadlines.
- Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress, enabling the team to focus on sprint goals and deliverables.
- Foster collaboration within the team and across teams, encouraging effective communication and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify subject matter experts (SMEs) within the team and delegate tasks accordingly, maximizing team productivity and knowledge sharing.
- Provides all required financial information about the project.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all financial matters.
- Tracking project expenditures and analysing budget variances and communicating these to relevant stakeholders.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports, providing insights on opportunities and risks, and proposing strategies to mitigate financial risks.
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing, billing, and payments to vendors and contractors.
- Develop project budgets and financial forecasts, projecting monthly spending, challenging project cash flow.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Excellent understanding of Scrum processes and execution of Scrum activities.
- SAFe certification and experience with SAFe projects are highly advantageous.
- Understanding of financial principles, coupled with practical experience in finance tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Preferably experience in Salesforce implementation projects and SAP ECC integration projects.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is desirable.
- Knowledge on the Trade and Transaction processes like trade capture, deal capture etc. will be advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively communicate and align project objectives.
- Capability to thoroughly understand stakeholders' requirements and deliver accordingly.
- Skillful in crafting presentations with meticulous attention to detail, adept at conveying information to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, large, complex matrix organization.
- Skillful management of multiple conflicting, evolving priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and handling high volumes of emails.
- Adaptability to navigating ambiguity and unstructured data, actively suggesting frameworks and procedures, supported by strong organizational skills.
- Proactive pursuit of excellence, questioning existing standards, and driving continuous improvement.
