Grocery Logistics Singapore (GLS) a well-established logistics player in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) segment, a subsidiary of FairPrice Group Supply Chain, has been operating since January 1993.

Aside from serving as the primary logistics provider for NTUC FairPrice and its affiliates, GLS has catered to the Dairy Farm Group, Royal Ahold Group (no longer active in the Singapore markets), and various small supermarket chains over the years.

DESIGNATION :
IT Support Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist end users with PC Hardware & Software requirements.
Troubleshoot PCs, Printers, Radio Frequency (RF), and PDA devices, along with software issues.
Support System administrator in the maintenance of VM and Windows Servers.
Aid System Administrator in the setup, configuration, and upkeep of network equipment like Routers and Switches within Wide Area Network (WAN), Wireless LAN (WLAN), and Access Points.
Manage the company's various CCTV surveillance systems.
Oversee IT equipment maintenance agreements and liaise with vendors for system upkeep activities.
Assist in procuring hardware and software to bolster company IT systems.
Responsible for documenting work processes, system workflows, operating procedures, and new projects.
Support user account management based on requests in the ticketing system.
Maintain IT Hardware and Software inventory, as well as asset tracking.
Assist the System Administrator in managing systems housed in data centers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Information Technology or an equivalent field.
Proficiency in server and network fundamentals.
Skilled in PC hardware and software troubleshooting, including experience with diagnostic programs and tools.
Familiarity with MS Windows & MS Offices, RF/PDA, Printers, APs, Network Equipment, and Servers.
