We are looking for a dynamic individual who ensures positive interactions with our customers.

The mission would be to transform every interaction touchpoint into an excellent experience that leads to long-lasting client satisfaction, brand loyalty and advocacy.

**Role and Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with our clients. Support client enquiries by giving information in a friendly and efficient way. Taking responsibility in finding solutions for our clients, whilst keeping up to date with our services and policies.
  • Generate new sales through cross/up selling & referrals.
  • Responsible for all administration and coordination of activities within departments as well as to ensure the smooth procedure required in the frontline operations in our service.

Qualification and Criteria

  • Min. GCE 'A' Level with 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in B2B service.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivation and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to embrace challenges and think creatively.
  • Passionate about delivering firstclass service with the spirit of excellence.
  • Have a Growth Mindset; We are growing fast. The team and processes will evolve over the next few months. The goal is to continuously learn and improve from our work and each other.
