- Lead the timely procurement of items, communicate effectively with suppliers, and maintain records on spreadsheets
- Receive incoming shipments of goods and furniture, unpack & inspect quality, verify & organize items, and prepare items for delivery
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding lead time, inventory discrepancies, damaged items, and any other relevant concerns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and proper inventory management
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements and efficiency solutions
- Ensure the smooth execution of onsite styling day
- Proficiency in MS words, PowerPoint and Excel
- High attention to detail & extremely organized
- Good communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- An open mind willing to learn and explore new opportunities
- Proficient in Mandarin is a plus
- Be comfortable with moving bulky items
