Operations Manager - Singapore - JEYA SPICES PRODUCTION PTE. LTD.

Description

Oversee and supervise the entire operations of the manufacturing unit.
Prepare annual operating, capital expenditure budgets and periodical projections / updates
Manage day to day operations and maintenance of all front end/ back end facilities, M&E systems, equipment and appliances
Maintain proper inventory and maintenance record on building and M&E assets, systems, equipment and appliances

Constantly develop ways to improve and streamline the production process
Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance programme
Lead and direct a team of technical personnel to carry out the daily maintenance duties and maintain the technical workshop
Liaise with consultants and contractors on building, M&E repairs and maintenance
Manage all third party contract services and ensure that the services delivered meet with all the internal and industry standards
Plan and execute energy saving programmes
Plan and coordinate emergency programmes and procedures for the company
Perform failure analysis for facility management and provide improvement plans and ideas for consideration
Manage and coordinate handover of units and tenancy fitting-out works
Ensure that the company is in compliance to statutory and safety requirements
Conduct regular inspection to ensure tenants meet with all the fire safety regulations
Coordinate safety training and programmes for CMO and tenants
Coordinate improvement works, upgrading projects and / or asset enhancement initatives when required
Act as the Duty Manager on public holidays and weekends as and when rostered and assigned
