Job Role Description
Supports the Group Chef in coordinating and executing the culinary team's functions and tasks.

Key Tasks

Sourcing of products and ingredient
Liaise with vendors and suppliers
Assist in events/ catering logistics
Collate the business units expense report
Maintain records of purchase; utensil, food product/ ingredient
Provide general administrative support

Functional / Technical Experience

Previous experience in events/ catering/ cafeteria
Food Safety and Hygiene
Basic Food Allergens
Resourceful and able to work independently
Time management, planning and delivery logistics
Communication and interpersonal skills
Attentive, meticulous and problem solving

Educational Qualifications

WSQ Food Safety and Hygiene
Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or Events Management preferred but not essential
Competent in productivity software; Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Collaboration
