Patient Service Associate (Inpatient):

Posting Date: 2 Feb 2024You will perform basic patient care services including handling patient registration and documentation, facilitating discharges and arranging appointments for patients.

Your duties also include supporting administrative functions such as ordering and coordination of supplies and dispatches.

You will also liaise with other departments in any support services duties that contribute to the smooth operations of the wards.


Job Requirements

  • GCE 'O'/'N' Level with 12 years' work experience. Applicants with WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Administrative Support) or its equivalent will have an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to perform shift work
  • Documented proof of:
- i. Measles (or Mumps, Measles and Rubella) vaccination or serological evidence of measles immunity; and

  • We regret that only applicants who have been fully vaccinated for Covid19 (according to MOH's definitions) will be considered due to exposure risk
