Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and arrange project internal meetings whenever instructed by the Construction

Manager.

Support Construction Manager for all construction related reporting.

Collate information, prepare slides, table charts, etc for presentation in various settings such as project internal meetings as well as meetings with client.

Expected to liaise with planning engineer, construction team, technical team, QAQC team, subcons during information collation.

Preparation and compilation of technical reports, designs, specifications, drawings, and construction documents.

Keep track of document submissions and flag up documents that is not replied on time by client and their consultants.

Preparation and compilation of technical reports, designs, specifications, drawings, and construction documents.

Work with clients, consultants and contractors as required during planning, design, and construction phases.

Oversee and manage the design review process to include maintaining accurate and timely design review databases.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering, infrastructure, facilities planning, design or project management.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Building Information Modelling (BIM) (optional)

Proficient in programming software such as Microsoft Project and/or Primervera (optional)

The work location will be based in Woodlands
