We are dedicated to helping individuals create harmonious and prosperous living environments while incorporating elegant and contemporary design elements into their daily lives.

We are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to join our team, specialising in the creation of luxury jewellery and home decor collections with a unique focus on Feng Shui elements.

If you have a passion for designing stunning jewellery pieces, home decor, and an interest in Chinese history, with the ability to conceptualise, sketch, and bring our collections to life, we'd love to have you on board.

Job Summary:

As a Product Designer specialising in pieces with Feng Shui influences, you will play a pivotal role in the creation, development, and marketing of our unique and culturally inspired modern luxury pieces.

You will be responsible for conceptualising, sketching, and overseeing the creation of jewellery collections, ensuring they resonate with our audience, look modern while aligning with the principles of Feng Shui.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to craft compelling stories for each collection that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualise and Design Jewelry Collections:
Generate innovative ideas for jewellery collections that incorporate Feng Shui elements while still looking modern and luxurious. Design while considering both aesthetic appeal and the principles of balance and harmony. Create sketches and design plans for new collections.

Design Home Decor Pieces:
Create ideas for home decor collections that incorporate artful depictions of classical chinese history and fables. Design while considering both aesthetic appeal and the principles of balance and harmony. Create sketches and design plans for new collections.

Collaborate with Vendors:

Work closely with our production vendors, providing guidance and feedback during the manufacturing process to ensure that the final products meet your design specifications.

Cultural Expertise:

Demonstrate an interest or understanding of Chinese culture, history, and design elements, leveraging this knowledge to infuse cultural authenticity into the jewellery collections.

Marketing Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft unique stories and narratives for each jewellery collection. Ensure that the story resonates with the intended audience and aligns with the brand's message and identity.

Research and Trend Analysis:
Stay current with jewellery design trends, especially those within the luxury industry. Incorporate relevant trends into collection designs where appropriate.

Quality Control:
Maintain a keen eye for quality, ensuring that all jewellery pieces meet our company's standards and customer expectations.

Budget Management:
Efficiently manage the budget for each collection, working within established financial parameters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in jewellery or home decor design, particularly with a focus on high end luxury, cultural or thematic collections.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience with jewellery design.
Knowledge or genuine interest in Chinese history, culture, and Feng Shui principles are a plus.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Creativity, innovation, and a passion for designing unique products.
