Description
Job Descriptions:
- Manage the daily preparation and production operations.
- Responsible for the quality of all food items prepared during production is as per company's standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure that all required food ingredients are ordered, stocked, and properly stored.
- Must comply with SFA Food Hygiene standard and Factory cleanliness are always maintained.
- Maintain inventory of production equipment and communicate any concerns or needs.
- Any adhoc duties will be assigned as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in kitchen or factory environment is preferred.
