QA Inspector - Singapore - PIGEON SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities
- Verify visual sampling inspections or dimensional measurement for incoming products at warehouse to ensure that they conform to all specifications
- Record & complete inspection report after incoming inspection daily.
- Issue nonconformance Issue Defective Notification form (DNF) to inform Warehouse, Operation and Quality Department if nonconforming incoming product found.
- Issue Supplier Corrective form if supplier action is required.
- Coordinate goods replacement, sorting or segregation of rejected products with warehouse personnel.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to verify customer returned goods whenever they are in doubt.
- Conduct GDPMDS internal audit at warehouse.
Requirements:
- ITE or Diploma in Engineering or related studies.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in QA/QC
- Experience in QMS System (ISO 9001:2015 and/or GDPMDS SS620)
