    Description

    Support Pasir Ris Mall in administrative and customer service roles, ensuring timely processing of invoices, tracking expenditure and revenue, and providing excellent customer experience.

    • Administrative Duties:
      • Process invoices and billings, track expenditure and revenue, and liaise with finance.
      • Handle Purchase Orders, Licence Agreements, payment follow-ups, GTO collection, Security Deposit refunds, and other administrative tasks.
    • Customer Service:
      • Provide timely and effective customer service support.
      • Respond to shopper feedback and concerns.
    • Mall Events and Campaigns:
      • Support the team in executing mall-wide campaigns and events to enhance customer experience and drive footfall.
      • Collaborate with tenants to increase participation in mall activities.
    • Team Support:
      • Support the team in managing and updating mall signages, websites, and other channels.
      • Assist with ad-hoc coverage at the Customer Service Counter.
    • Requirements:
      • Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
      • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a shopping mall or retail environment.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Meticulous attention to detail and self-motivation.
      • Ability to handle high-volume workload and deadlines with minimal supervision.
      • Proficient in systems and Microsoft Office.
