    JOB DESCRIPTION

    OFFICIAL DUTIES

    Drawing an annual package of up to $45K, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth front-end operations while assisting the customer services manager in related duties.


    REQUIREMENTS
    The candidate should possess experience as a customer service executive or call centre experience.

    Good communication skills and a strong command of English and Mandarin will be an advantage (in order to handle queries and feedback from English and Mandarin speaking customers).

    The candidate should desire to work in an environment consisting of christian staff and customers during retail working hours. All are welcome to apply.

    Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, or Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
    At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    Applicants must be willing to work in CENTRAL,WEST or EAST
    Preferably Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
    6-days work week
    Rotational Work Shift
    Alternate weekday/weekend off
    Choice of work locations at central, west or east
    2X Full-Time and Part-Time position(s) available; Immediate availability
