Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Identify and engage with potential enterprise customers and build longlasting relationships.
- Develop and execute against an assigned quota and territory plan.
- Prospect, forecast, build and maintain a sales pipeline with assigned Sales Development Representatives.
- Formulating a compelling annual plan, enabling a culture of execution to drive new customer acquisition, expanding existing ones and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts.
- Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings.
- Crossfunctional engagement with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success and HR.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress towards targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners/customers.
- Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills.
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Pay:
$210, $280,000.00 per year
