hiya Our company is starting a new gym franchise in EASTERN Singapore, with a clear objective to offer a unique brand value, world class gym facilities and training services to help individuals embark on their fitness transformation journey.

We are seeking out enthusiastic and self-driven individuals who has strong belief in helping others in their personal fitness journey.

As a personal trainer, you are responsible for motivating and guiding clients to train towards their physical fitness goals, which could include losing weight, building muscle, increasing core strength, or improving cardiovascular fitness.

Your main responsibilities include consulting with clients to develop training plans for them, instructing them on proper technique, motivating them to push themselves harder, and providing them with constant support and constructive feedback.

Other responsibilities:

Consulting with clients to understand their goals and current fitness levels.
Creating comprehensive workout and nutrition plans for clients.
Motivating and guiding clients during their training sessions.
Ensuring clients train safely with proper form and technique.
Leading regular group workout classes.
Using indepth knowledge to answer clients' questions.
Providing clients with regular feedback and accountability on their progress.
Working with management and fellow staff to ensure the gym functions effectively.
Soliciting new clients to sign up at the gym.

Personal Trainer Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent, or higher.
Personal training certification preferred.
First aid and CPR qualification.
Past experience as a personal trainer or group workout instructor.
Available to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to demonstrate proper form and technique for exercise movements.
Enthusiastic, encouraging attitude.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience creating successful nutrition and workout plans.
Sales experience is a plus.

You must be willing to help clients in their health and fitness transformational journey.

Most important, you will listen well to their life goals and aspirations, success stories, as well as challenges in their personal fitness and health endeavours.

In this role, you are also expected to be a team player, working closely with the operations and sales team, as one family.

You are also expected to out in the general tasks in the gym if there are no other clients or follow up work.

There are many routes to succeed in a startup company pursing a global franchise strategy. The growth path is clear as the company seeks to expand quickly in the next few years.

Hence, you are expected to grow quickly in the job and support the company's rapid expansion plans in Singapore in the next 3 years.

The bigger objective is to expand our gym footprints to overseas countries.
