- General data entry, scanning and filing
- Administer the time attendance system
- Generate worker's payroll
- Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc.
- Monitor the maintenance schedule for equipment/machinery
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- GCE 'O' level, ITE in office skill or Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Strong administrative and organisation skills, able to multi-task
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Ability to work independently
