Tasks/Responsibilities:

Attend to guest feedback/request
Carry out inspections of MEP plant rooms and system
Record utility consumption
Carry out daily routine inspections of public areas
Carry out guestroom preventive maintenance
Carry out public areas, F&B outlets, and function room preventive maintenance
Carry out breakdown and repair of equipment
Respond to emergency incidents

Key Requirements:

Higher NITEC / NITEC in Building Services / Elec / Mechanical Engineering.
1 to 2 years of working experience in hotel / commercial buildings
Able to work weekends/shifts and Public holidays
Train in the following, First Aid, Respond to Fire in the Workplace, Respond to Fire Emergencies in Building
