The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
Responsible for the success of Shopee's key commercial programs
Lead key programs and projects with strategic thinking, detailed planning and execution
Develop and maintain program reports to track initiative performance and drive business outcomes
Conduct analysis to evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement
Support crossfunctional operations and optimise the processes

Requirements:

05 years of experience in a commercial planning role preferred
A Bachelor's degree in any field; experience in eCommerce or consulting industry will be an added advantage
Highly organised and able to carry out tasks independently
Proven track record of excellent programme management and crossfunctional collaboration skills
Innovative problemsolving skills with ability to analyse problems and implement concrete solutions
Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) is required
