• Salary: up to $7,000 (Depending on experiences)

Job Description

• Manage the overall operations of the warehouse and production activities.
• Maintain constant communication with clients, staff, and supplier to ensure proper operations of the company.
• Collaborate with senior management to align customer and company interests.
• Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget and responsible for the P&L of the Operations
• Optimize team productivity, recommend operational enhancements, and minimize waste through training and problem-solving.
• Generate reports and presentation materials for monthly meetings.
• Work closely with legal and safety departments to meet with legal compliance
• Oversee materials and inventory

Job Requirement

• Have at least 6 years of Warehousing Operational experience.
• Possess strong leadership skills.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese speaking staff and counterparts.
• Must be Knowledgeable in Excel (Must have) and Presentation Slides (Good to have).
