Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities Will Include:
CloudPay is looking for an experienced Singapore Payroll Specialist to cover the following responsibilities:

  • Provide Singapore payroll and operational support services relating to payroll services to clients
  • Ensure that all payroll services provided are in accordance to organization policies and agreed work details with clients meeting the Service Level Agreement
  • Liaising with partners, where necessary to provide client services
  • Perform regular and supplementary payroll processing runs for Singapore and other Asia Pacific Clients
  • Perform payroll payment process via funding and bank file generation, uploading and crediting
  • Perform payroll reconciliation, payment and reporting of monthly statutory remittances in accordance to the country specific local statutory and company policies
  • Expertise in Singapore statutory rules and regulations
  • Perform reconciliation, payment and reporting of Yearend Tax activities and remittances
  • Distribution of payroll reports to various business units
  • Update payroll manual as and when on a timely basis
  • Computation and maintenance of other compensation related information
  • Ensure that all payroll services provided are in accordance to organization policies, and agreed work details with clients meeting the Service Level Agreement
  • Contribute to the improvement of both the SOP and system

Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Ideally minimum of 3 years working experience in payroll processing
  • Experience working in an outsourcing environment or have managed largeinhouse payroll headcount
  • A good working knowledge and understanding on the whole payroll processing cycle including filing of government claims and tax submission
  • Proficiency in MS Office with strong MS Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Understanding of Singapore HR & Payroll law and policy as it pertains to service centre support models and implementation
  • Knowledge of international business processes and cultures and ability to communicate internationally at all levels
