- Project Planning - develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordination - collaborate closely with architects, engineers, main contractor, subcontractors, and QS to synchronize project workflow and activities.
- Project Administration - prepare project documentation and report.
- Budget Management - manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that the project stays within budgetary constraints.
- Resource Management - procure and allocate resources, including plants, soil, materials, equipment, and manpower, optimizing project efficiency.
- Risk Management & Safety Compliance - identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
- Quality Control - oversee work and plants quality standards and ensure that work meets contractual specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Schedule Management - monitor project timelines and milestones, promptly addressing delays and implementing corrective measures to maintain project progress.
