Description
**Our client is a listed MNC company, one of the leading players in Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join their Engineering Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area - easily accessible.


Duties of Industrial Engineer:


  • IndustrSpearhead equipment capacity enhancement initiatives and validate their efficacy.
  • Drive improvements in operational productivity, contributing to overall efficiency.
  • Determine planning factors for both shortterm and strategic scenarios, ensuring effective scheduling.
  • Monitor and proactively address upcoming shortterm production bottlenecks.
  • Define strategic shop floor scheduling strategies to align with planned throughput.
  • Collaborate closely with the Production team to regulate dispatch points, ensuring a streamlined production process.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Degree in Engineering field
  • Good understanding of Logistic and Manufacturing processes and systems
years relevant experience and using SAP System
