Description

Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness in various establishments.

  • Coordinate with vendors and on building maintenance & cleaning services
  • Assist in the supervison of maintance and servicing works carried out by contractors
  • Reporting of irregularities to site manager
  • Manage stock level and maintain inventory
  • Conduct tools box briefings for site staff
  • Conduct regular inpection with clients
  • Prepare of monthly reports for staff meetings and note taking
  • Ensure compliance of safety practices and other regulations
  • Provide high standard to meet clients requirement

Requirements:


  • Good knowledge in buildings and environmental cleaning
  • Able to interact with all levels and a good team player
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • 6 days work week
  • Various timings (fixed hours)
