What You Will Do


As a Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting and assisting Senior Consultants and Project Directors in various research projects.

Your responsibilities will include designing and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, managing projects, and engaging directly with clients to ensure project deliverables are met.


  • Quantitative Research _
  • Design comprehensive quantitative research studies, encompassing study design, sampling methodologies, data collection strategies, data processing, and analysis
  • Use statistical tools and techniques to analyse quantitative data effectively
  • Qualitative Research _
  • Design and conduct various forms of qualitative research, including indepth interviews, focus groups, and observational techniques
  • Conduct analysis of qualitative data to derive meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Project Management _
  • Take ownership of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Client Interaction _
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and effectively communicating project progress and outcomes
  • Provide professional insights and recommendations to clients based on research findings, fostering strong client relationships

What It Takes To Be In This Role

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in at least one of the above areas. Those with more years of experience will be considered for a Senior position.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and engage effectively with clients
  • Working knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and statistical software such as SPSS
  • Resilience and tenacity
  • Selfstarter, selfmotivated with a lifelong learning and growth mindset
  • Teamplayer with good people management skills including clear communications and ability to establish rapport and trust
  • Intrapreneurial strong sense of ownership and responsibility, willing and eager to try new things, courageously questions the status quo when appropriate
  • Effective leader with good communication and strong interpersonal skills
