ClearSK manages the award-winning ClearSK chain of medi-aesthetic centres, with a strong presence in Singapore, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Kuala Lumpur. We are currently seeking a proactive Clinic Executive to join our dynamic team. The Clinic Executive will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and assisting our doctors in delivering excellent treatments.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, including addressing customers' inquiries and providing support throughout their treatment journey.
- Checkin customers, record the visits and update customer information on internal database.
- Responsible for daily check on stock usage and patch recording or data entry of any differences.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including updating posters and brochures.
- Assist customers with electronic purchases and account access on their mobile devices.
- Facilitate signin and out procedures for customers.
- Assist doctors with pre and posttreatment services, including prenumbing and postmasking procedures.
- Escort customers to and from the doctor's room, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to clinic procedures and protocols.
- Assess and score the clinic SOP compliance of the operation team including doctors and report to HQ management.
- Assist consultants to prepare the sales documents and consent annex.
- Handles booking of appointments, sending appointment reminders via WhatsApp
- To make followup calls after clinic visits to provide advice about posttreatment care and book review appointments with doctors.
- Stepout and events to generate leads of awareness.
- Assist in any other clinicrelated matters as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum Poly diploma or Bachelor's degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Admin, Science or Health Sciences.
- Experience in customer service and/or handson facial treatments preferred; basic math skills required.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in stock administration and inventory management.
- Comfortable with electronic payment systems and mobile device usage.
- Ability to assist doctors with pre and posttreatment procedures.
- Willingness to adapt and participate in job rotation and career path planning.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in IT systems
- Pleasant personality, impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive, able to work under pressure and independently.
