Description
Planning / assign manpower for the mainentance work and from project handover

  • Supervising & managing of subcontractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
  • Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
  • Perform routine check, system backups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading/improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA system
  • Optimise BMS/Harmonas/PLC/SCADA control system to reduce overall building energy consumption
  • Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
  • Provide technical/operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management Attending customer spot call, develop close relationship & high level service to client

Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC
  • PCliterate in MS Word/Excel and AutoCad
  • Good interpersonal and Communication skills
