    Responsibilities:

    As a direct report to the Director of HRIS, your role will involve implementing enhancements to processes, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Workday HRIS. You'll act as the primary contact for addressing system concerns, collaborating with HR stakeholders and backend systems teams to develop or refine system functionalities in response to the evolving needs of the organization.

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and automate solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end process setup, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and migration.
  • Develop user education materials and serve as a point of contact for Workday-related issues.
  • Investigate and promptly resolve system errors and data discrepancies.
  • Provide Tier-2 technical support and guidance on Workday functionalities.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity within Workday.
  • Review system configurations and processes to optimize efficiency.
  • Support configuration and maintenance of HCM modules.
  • Lead testing of new Workday functionality and assist with reporting requirements.
  • Analyze reporting needs and generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Complete monthly headcount and requisition reporting.

  • Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of Workday experience - configuration experience in Workday required.
  • Skilled collaborator who develops strong relationships and consultative partnerships to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt and pivot in fast-paced environment.
  • Advance knowledge of HR functional practices, procedures, and HR Technology.
  • Preferred skills: Workday Talent and/or Recruiting configuration experience preferred.
