Job Description:

Demonstrate expertise in maintaining enterprise systems with a specific focus on cybersecurity.
Address reported issues through troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with technology vendors for escalation procedures as needed.
Conduct patching and updates for tools and systems.
Generate incident reports and uphold records of service level agreements for clients.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Job Requirements:

Possess a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
Preferred to have professional certifications in cybersecurity solutio
Proficient in Operations Support.
Familiarity with technologies including McAfee, Cisco, Microsoft, and Thales.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing and executing projects related to endpoint security, data loss prevention, and vulnerability management domains.
