Provides office and administrative support.

  • Standing and Retail environment
  • Simple sales for out warranty and spare parts.
  • Support Service Operations
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Create or open RMA cases for customers
  • Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or service
  • Providing advice on repair services and updates
  • Answering customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service.
  • Listening to customer complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues.
  • Ensuring cleanliness in the Service Centre counters.
  • Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Generating reports as required by Management
  • Perform adhere tasks as required by Management
