Office Hours Call Centre Agent

Salary up to $3000 + Incentive

Mon - Friday, 830am - 6pm

Location:
East

Our client is one of the largest third party call centre. Currently they seeking call centre agent to manage their hotline services

Manage feedbacks/complaints tactfully and resolves issues
Escalate promptly on any request/appeals to respective sources/channels and perform followup calls when required

Requirements:

Good typing skills and have basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word
Working hours is Monday
Friday 830am 6pm
