2. Active Listening: Pay attention to customers' preferences and needs, offering tailored recommendations and solutions.
3. Sales Conversion: Responsible for converting sales across various channels (walk-ins, emails, chats, etc.).
4. Design Solutions: Provide design-focused solutions customized to customers' desires (home décor style, floor plans, etc.).
5. Customer Relationships: Cultivate relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
6. Professional Handling: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and effective problem-solving.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Operational Excellence: Contribute to showroom maintenance, stock management, and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, or related industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
• Bilingual language skills a plus, depending on the target customer demographic.
