Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Provide product knowledge and information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer personalized recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product functionality and usage to customers as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the pointofsale (POS) system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment, including merchandise displays and shelves.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as necessary.
  • Assist in receiving and unpacking shipments of new merchandise.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer service, sales, and safety.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
