Job description and responsibilities

Design of building engineering works (Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical, MVAC, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Services, Fire Engineering)
Review and monitor the Contractor's procedures for quality checks and site inspections for MEP and monitor processes to address all MEP site related issues.
Coordinate with the project commissioning team to ensure that the project is commissioned to meet the contract requirements.
Provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector, and contracting service provider regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
