Job Posting for Reservation/Ticketing Officer


Job Details:

  • Fulltime permanent positions
  • Reservation/Ticketing Officer
  • Experience in airline ticketing system like Sabre is preferred.
  • Basic $2,200 to $3,000 + benefits
  • Location: Airport (based on roster)

Responsibilities:


  • Frontline customer service at airport counter.
  • Handles all enquiries, issuance of tickets, ticket upgrade etc for the subsidiary airlines in the Lion Air Group.
  • Handles reservation and ticketing from direct customer and travel agents.
  • Handles administrative functions related to sales collection, sales reporting and refunds.
  • Liaise with Head Office regarding ticketing issues.
  • Adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Serviceoriented and passionate to work in the aviation industry
  • Ability to multitask, be detailed, handson and organised.
  • Good MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
