Position:
Process Engineer (Nano Moulding-Medical Product)

Salary:
$2,300 - $3,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus**
Location: West
**Working Hours / Days: 8.30AM - 5.30PM (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities:

Preparation of process related technical documentations, like FMEA, validation protocol, evaluate processing parameters and data.
Evaluate moulds and processes for CIP and develop implementation methodology while improving cost effectiveness of the same.
Involvement in developing methodology for implementation of new and improved processes.
Trial new tooling and equipment and make modifications as needed to meet quality and production goals.
Main technical window for new products and existing mass production parts.
Provide primary tooling component and packaging cost input for quotation of new business.

Requirements:

Possess Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences in Plastic Injection Moulding in Medical Device Manufacturing industry preferred.
Good knowledge in handson working experience in injection moulding, experience in scientific moulding methods and process DOE will be added advantage.
Experience in in Minitab software.
Able to liaison with customer, interact with relevant persons in technical discussion and meet customer deadline requirement.
