    Job Summary

  • In charge of SBFAP SG HQ infrastructure service delivery, end user services and collaboration initiatives.
  • Strategic direction to build efficient IT support & operation frameworks for all business units.
  • Develop service level agreement & ensure all end users issues are taken care of with action plans.
  • Periodic reports to management on SLA performance with service enhancement plan.
  • Standardize all IT EUC Hardware and Software.
  • Introduce new technologies to meet present & future business demand.
  • Job Responsibilities

    Infrastructure Service Delivery, Policy and Governance

  • Facilitate IT policy plan, governance & operation guidelines to support overall SBFAP's business objectives:
  • Manage end user support team.
  • Enforce end user computing policy and guidelines.
  • Integrate end user feedback and suggestions into delivery plan and policies.
  • Standardize shared IT services for efficiency & optimization.
  • Microsoft Office365 Platform Optimization

  • Optimize Microsoft Office365 investment, keep abreast of new functionalities and their potential benefits to SBFAP.
  • Work with Global IT & Microsoft to gain further understanding of the new tools.
  • Provide awareness material & induction for SBFAP IT to gain better understanding of new features.
  • Work with team to identify potential area for Proof of Concept. Evaluate/assess the benefits and propose plan for implementation.
  • Coordinate rollout of new Office365 features across SBFAP
  • Procurement & Licensing

  • Ensure appropriate hardware/software, desktop applications and systems are made available for group companies:
  • Ensure all procurement, contracts, and evaluation of multiple IT products and services are well taken care of
  • Adhere to the standards, procedures, and guidelines that direct all aspects of IT vendor management, consistent with corporate procurement and financial policies/controls.
  • Service Management/Support

  • Implement best practices in IT support structure.
  • Ensure IT tickets are created under Suntory GSNOW platform. Oversee the fulfilment of users' service requests.
  • Monthly review of SLA to identify service gaps and improvement area to increase user experience.
  • Collaboration Platform Management (SBFAP Group)

  • Manage and enhance existing collaboration platform (SharePoint/Teams/ Video Conferencing solution etc)
  • Provide policy, guidelines and governance for proper usage of group collaboration platform.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with local IT to enhance & improve collaboration services.
  • Develop and enhance user training materials.
  • Work with Global IT & Local IT to rollout new collaboration initiatives across SBFAP
  • Skills and Experience

  • Solid understanding of industry best practices and IT trends shaping business communications
  • Excellent IT skills and solid understanding of various IT platforms, applications, tools, and networks
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Knowledge and/or experience in utilizing ITIL methodology, will be preferred
  • Education

    Bachelors in Information Systems or Computer Science
