• Conducting lessons in a group or individual setting
• Preparation of material/responses to guide parents and provide assessment.
• Plan and write IEP lesson plans, reports, records and documentation.
• Review and reinforce learning activities using lesson plans and teaching strategies to help students to master concepts and skills
• Assist in supervising, inducting, coaching and supporting the junior teaching staff.
• Passionate in working with special need children of all ages.
• Working closely with interdisciplinary team for the effective enhancement of services.

• Possess Diploma / Degree in Education (Special Education) or Early Childhood (Special Needs)
• Other degrees with relevant work experience can reviewed on a casebycase basis.
• Experience teaching special need children in a small group or classroom setting in a preschool /early childhood or enrichment centre is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience.
• Able to commit to work for total 44 working hours per week (Including one of the weekends)
