- Send Aging report to Operations team (internal) for Cash on Delivery invoices and follow up closely on overdue payments.
- Handle incoming emails from customers, addressing inquiries and questions, forwarding customer query emails to internal stakeholders for invoice disputes, and working closely within the team to resolve any ongoing disputes.
- Check incoming emails from Dispatch team for consolidation invoice summary report, and update in customer Statement of Account (SOA).
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team supervisor.
- Computer literate, preferably with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially Vlookup and simple formulas.
- Able to commit to the 6-month contract period.
- Proficient in English speaking and writing.
