Description

Responsible in ensuring monthly personal sales targets are met

Keep documentation and maintain customers' records
Deliver a variety of facial/massage services in a safe and comfortable manner
Meet sales goals/targets while offering personalized customer service and maintaining longlasting relationships with customers
Acknowledge and respond to customers' enquiries, needs and expectations
Suggest and promote retail products and additional services
Ensure that all purchased services/products are not under cost
Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment (i.e., refrain from burning/injuring customers)
Provide high quality customer service
Ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms, facilities and equipment and follow all safety and sanitation policies
Ensure treatment rooms always have sufficient products
Guiding and training new staff members to promote internal growth

Job Requirements

Preferably have certifications from CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITE, WSQ, RP or Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Able to speak fluent English and Mandarin preferred
Able to commit to working retail hours on weekdays (10.45am9pm) and

weekends/public holidays (9.45am-6pm)

- 回应客户的查询和达到客户的期望和需求

- 建议和推广零售产品和附加服务

- 确保所有购买的服务/产品不低于成本价

- 确保所有顾客在治疗期间的安全(即避免烧伤/伤害到顾客)

- 提供优质的客户服务

- 确保治疗室、设施和设备的清洁,并遵守所有安全和卫生政策

- 确保治疗室始终有足够的产品

- 指导和培训新员工,促进内部成长

工作要求

- 最好有CIBTAC、CIDESCO、ITE、WSQ、RP或新加坡中医学院的证书

- 能说流利的英语和华语

- 能够接受在零售时间上班,周日(上午 10点45分至晚上 9 点)、周末和公共假期

(上午9 点45分至下午 6 点)
