We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Product Owner - Onboarding and Credit.

Role Purpose


The Product Owner for Credit & Onboarding will drive the definition and delivery of a fully digitised client setup process for clients joining the bank through 3rd party platform partners.


They will need to coordinate stakeholders from across the commercial bank, combining design, process, technology, and delivery skillsets to deliver an industry leading customer experience.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Own the platforms "client setup" master journey, across WCL, WCS, GTRF and GPS domains to act as the voice of the customer
  • Coordinate technology, data, design, and delivery teams
  • Project management & delivery oversight of multiple delivery teams
  • Owning the client setup roadmap & managing risks, issues, and assumptions
  • Prioritising technology deliveries on a quarterly basis
  • Ensure that the voice of the customer is surfaced through the journey and that decisions made are
  • Work with Designers, Engineers, UX Researchers and other product owners to deliver an endtoend customer experience
Requirements


Requirements:


  • Experience of Agile Product Ownership (certification preferred)
  • Experience of project management
  • Demonstrable experience of drafting epics & user stories
  • Comfortable working with teams distributed across multiple markets and GB/ GFs
  • Experience driving global research teams and initiatives, strategies, vision, goals, and methodologies
  • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research
  • Ability to adapt and learn at speed, managing communication and interactions with a variety of different stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization
  • Exceptional presenter and communicator, using storytelling to effectively influence stakeholders
  • Analyse problems and propose solutions beyond initial objectives or requirements
  • Establish best practices, evolve processes, and cultivate community
  • Show agility and creativity in integrating design research into the work, simultaneously offering critique and new possibilities based on reasonable constraints
  • Knowledge of and curiosity about technology and its impact on design solutions in the wider context of people, communities, and society
  • Works collaboratively with other teams to ensure project is scoped and supported appropriately
  • Customerfocussed, resultsbased approach, and able to deliver to deadlines
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of the Onboarding process or/and the Credit process
